Assurant Inc. / Union Security Insurance Company / Fortis Benefits Insurance Company (now under Sun Life Financial) have allegedly performed acts to a breach of policy contract, bad faith with malice, and perpetrated fraud against the insured party, and you as a taxpayer of the American court system for the past 22+ years. How long would you pursue your valuable insurance benefits and basic civil rights to a trial by jury action in a court of law for remedies of relief?
